Everything. The cell is a MouseLight reconstruction from the Janelia Research Campus: one neuron in one mouse, filled with a fluorescent protein, imaged through the whole brain, and traced by hand along every branch. Its dendrites and its axon are drawn from that tracing, its cell body sits where it was found, and the pink points are the axon's measured endings. The labels are pinned to measured points on this cell, so they move with it.
